Sub Committee Meetings
Context: Bell's Community School sub committee has come together to create the first wave of the Needs and Assets Assessment (NAA). This is our first step to finding out the needs of our school community, starting with staff, both classified and certificated. The family survey will be going out as soon as the translation process has finished.
Purpose and Pillar: Collaborative Decision Making
Process: Subcommittee meets every month to decide the course of action. Meetings are the second Wednesday of every month at 2:00 PM in the Parent Center.
First Meeting: Coming together for shared vision and hope for the future.
Second Meeting: Creating the NAA to help guide our strategy to meeting our community's needs. Discussed different events.
Third Meeting: Discussed strategies for the rollout of the NAA and flyering strategies.
Next Steps: Form Working Groups to look at causes and possible solutions to problems found in our needs and assets data.
