Context: Over 50% of certificated staff are involved in one leadership role and collaboration team. We are working on recruiting parents, students, and classified staff to participate.
Purpose: Many hands make light work. When we work together, have more insight from different perspective on how to better serve our students and communities.
Our Journey with Collaborative Leadership:
What was needed was to create a subcomittee.
Emails were sent out to both certificated and classified staff to aid in recruitment.
Alongside in person conversations, announcements, and staff meetings were used to further recruitment.
Our first meeting was utilized to share the vision of an ideal Bell.
Next steps:
Flyering and continuing to invite all staff to aid in support.
