This week’s assignment idea is to transform my nephew’s toy blender into a real, functional blender. The idea is inspired by the creativity and curiosity of children, as well as the desire to bridge the gap between play and real-world functionality.
Kids often imagine their toys as real, functional objects. By turning a toy blender into a real one, I want to show how imagination can be brought to life through engineering and creativity.
The toy blender itself was the initial inspiration. It has a realistic design with buttons, a jar, and a spinning blade, but it doesn’t actually blend anything. I thought, Why not make it functional?
to simulate the electrical circuit before implementing it.
Jumper Wires
Crocodile wires
DC motor :Source of circular motion
on/off switch : To open and close.
Adaptor 9V :The source of electricity.
pulb
The circuit contains 2 different components ( pulp, and DC Motor )
The circuit gives us 2 outputs: light, and vibration.
I used color coding, red for positive and black for negative.
The voltage of the power supply is 5 volts.
Connecting the components in parallel.
