lately i'v been a huge fan of caffeine, specially: Cappuccino.
so i thought of making a coster to put my cups on.

I did a makeover to my own room, and i'm having new shelves
So I started collecting my own charms And anything i did in any previous workshops.

We Used "Laser Cad" software, and El Malky ML64 "Laser-Cutter" machine to print with And we print on a "3mm plywood" sheet.

We Used "Ultramaker cura" software, and "creality ender 3 pro" 3d printer, and "Plastic Filaments" to print with.

i searched on 3axis.com, and Downloaded the Coaster design As A "Dxf" format.
I imported the file into "Laser Cad" Sofware.
I set the right parameters to each line and Adjust the speed and power.
Then i exported the file as "Ai" Format.
Finally i sent the file to the machine.
Imported The "Dxf" file to LaserCad.

i searched on "thingiverse.com", and Downloaded the design As A "Stl" format.
I imported the file into "UltiMaker cura" Sofware.
i sliced the 3d model at proper parameter values: no support or aAdhesion and Adjust the infill (0.2m), Layerhight (0.2m)
Then i exported the file as "g_code" Format.
Finally i copied the file to "USD Card's machine".
Downloading the design As A "Stl" format.
Importing The file & Adjust The print Setting
Making sure that the time & grams are suitable for the requirements

copy your file as "Al" format to the machine and select it .
Put the plywood sheet.
make sure that the plywood sheet is not warped ( and if it's you can hold it with a holder and stuck it to the machine) .
Adjust the focal length.
Choose the place you want to print by.
set the origin .
Click on "box" to detect the size and make sure that the design fits .
Click on "start" to cut.

put your file As "g.code" on the printer's "USD Card" .
make sure the Build Plate is clear .
pre-heat the nozzle
change the filament if you want
make sure the filament is pointed
before starting, make sure the filment is not tangled or stucked to eachother
select your file on the printer.
and at this point the magic starts ✨

1.when me and my own team started the "3d priting" task, in the middle of the priting stage, the printer stopped Because the filament was stuck-up to each other.

2. on our second attemp the "T-Rex" Was Printed out amazingly but it's chain dropped a littlebit.

1.Make sure that filament is not stuckup, and it has enough meters so the printer won't stop

2.make sure if the 3d needs any type of supports or adhesion, you can ask your "instructor" at the very first weeks until you can figure it out by yoursefl ( And remember Practice Makes Perfect)

i learnt how to use the machine,printer by myself so it's gonna be much easier in the final project
