This week’s assignment is to design, simulate, and build a simple electronic device that performs two actions. For my project, I chose to create a turntable device. The device will perform two actions: rotation (spinning the platform
Software : Autodesk tinkercad
Component: On/off Switch
Component: 5v Adapter
Component: DC motor
Component: Screw Terminal block to female DC power adapter
Component: Mini-BreadBoard
Model making tools:
Cutter
Double Face tap
Glue Gun
Cardboard
Component: Jumper Wires
Component: Crocodile Wires
At first, I started by designing the circuit on tinkercad:
1) connected the 5v power source with On/Off button in series.
2) connected the dc motor to the two rails
3) connected the Led light in parallel with the motor
4) connected a red LED parallel to them with a 220-ohm resistor.
1-Connecting the LED with Resistance
2-Connecting the LED with Resistance
3-Cutting the Bottom ad Top of the Turntable using Cutter

Based on my peers’ recommendation, I used a hot glue gun instead of UHU glue to assemble the cardboard layers for the tower."
1-Building the Physical Model: After the design, assembling the actual components could have been challenging, particularly keeping connections stable and components in place.
2-: The motor could not reach the to and I overarmed it by building layers of cardboard to create a tower as a stable base.
