My library has a lot of little chicks, so I thought for this week's project, I would design a chick with a button that makes a sound and moves the chick's hair when pressed.
Important warning: Don't press the chick, its sound is very annoying😂
Software
I used the Tinkercad program to make sure the circuit was connected before implementing it in reality.
Tinkercad is a great friend ❤️that saves me a lot of failed attempts and wasted time.
Electronics Tools
crocodile wires
jumper wires
dc terminal connector
adaptor 5V
breadboard
DC motor
switch
buzzer
Crafting Tools
scissors
cardboard
wax gun
Jute Twine
Steps:
Open Tinkercad
select components " I chose: DC Motor, Switch, Power Supply, Piezo and Breadboard
I connected the components in parallel
Watch circuit from here
After I made sure that the circuit was working as I wanted, I started installing it in the cardboard
Problem: When I first drew the chick, it had two legs, but it wasn't suitable for standing on them.
Solution: I changed the Enclosure to make it more suitable for standing and containing the components inside.
