Firstly using Fusion 360 to design my holder
Secondly using Laser Work to prepare othe holder pieces to be cutted on 3ml wood using Laser cutting machine
Finally using M3 screws & nuts to fix the parts together

Started my design on fusion 360 by drawing the elephant body and nose using circles and curves and made sure that all parts are fully defined and extruded it 3mm and it was the first side
Created a offset plan and project the elephant sketch and extrude it too
Then designed the bottom of the pen holder and calculated the half length of it to be the place of the middle barriers
Designed the fully defined T-slots in the bottom part
Returned again to the main sketch "elephant" to make the holes of the screws to connect with the other parts by T-slot technique
Designed the front part and then made a copy of it and developed it to be suitable for the middle part then copied it to be the back part
Started to connect all parts together using joint feature
Exported each face of the holder with "DXF for laser" extension in form of DXF files
After designing prosses I started to import the DXF files into the Laser Work software & arranged all parts to fit my wooden sheet
Selected the cutting area and scaning areas then adjusted the power of cuttng to (55) and speed (30) of cutting to suits the 3mm wood and scan to be with power (20) and speed (300)
Then I downloaded the file to the machine then rested the laser position or the nozzal position and selected this point to be the origin
Used frame feature to make sure that the design fits the wood area
Started the machine and got my design
Collected the parts together then used m3 screws & nuts to fix it
