The first part of this week's assignment was to choose a 3D Model and prepare it to Be Printed.
The second part of this week's assignment was to choose a Model and prepare it to Be cut, and I selected the clock model.
I choose to print and cut two characters from one of my favorite movies Despicable Me.

First Projected 3D Printing

At first, I downloaded my design from the website. https://www.thingiverse.com
I downloaded the file as a stl file
I chose this design because I love this film and its characters.
It's been designed in a way that allows printing without a support structure.

Use Ultimaker Cura Software to prepare the STL file.
first should choose the suitable view to print.
we can change place and rotate the model by selecting the design and changing settings in the toolbar which is on the left of the screen.
After setting settings press slice which is on the right down the screen to show me the time and weight that the design takes.
STEP 3
It will take 1 hour and 25 minutes and 18.60 grams.
Press preview.
Start adjusting your parameters:
1- resolution: 0.2mm Height & 2 wall line count.
2- Infill: I adjusted infill to 10%. with a Gyroid pattern.
3- support: no supports because there is no overhanging.
4-Build plate adhesion brim style
After editing:
It will take 1 hour and 16 minutes and 15.5 grams.
STEP 4
After confirming all the settings for the printing process and reviewing the printing method, we come to the file-saving stage.
saving by clicking save to disk which is found on the right-down screen.

Use Laserworke Software to prepare the rld file.
I found different shapes on the file and selected the shape of BOB and I removed the other shapes.
change all line coolers to black.
edit size
after that choose lines which are speed cut and are which is scan.

scan power 👉 25 speed 👉 300

We unloaded the filament that was in prusa and load another one .
I choose the file and press to start.
after some time we find the brim brake from bed then we stopped work.

I downloaded a file on a PC that contact with the laser machine.
I placed the piece of wood on the machine and made sure it was securely attached.
I set an origin point and made sure it was suitable by firm bottom.
Make offset to the outline of my design.
That takes some time with me but I can find it.
Help me understand the techniques I will use in the final project.
