I have been always a fan of Batman , Specially the dark knight series. I decided to manufacture the logo of batman for me , and the Logo of Superman for my brother. Inspirations were by searching on www.thingiverse.com , 3axis.co for batman and Superman logos.

3D printing Steps:
Download the sutiable BATMAN logo from (Thingsverse)
Download the shape in a *.STL format for the purpose of 3D printer.
Open UltiMaker Cura program and import the saved .STL file and choose our 3D printer type ( PRUSA i3 MK2)
Set all details as following:
Resolution: 0.2mm (Draft)
Infill density: 20%
Printing temperature: 215°C
Build Plate temperature: 60°C
-The shape doesn't need any supports.
-The shape's weight: 3g , The printing time: 16 min.
Now we can save the file in a *.gcode format and put it into the SD card to print it.
Laser cutting Steps :
Download Superman Logo from (3axis.co).
Download the shape in a *.DXF format for the purpose of Laser Cutting.
.Color the design lines in 3 different colors based on the desired operation:
Black for cutting
Red for scanning
Blue for speed cut
Scale the shape's dimensions to suitable size
Set each color's speed and power as shown in the screen shot :
Black/cut:
Max. Speed: 40 , Power: 45
Red/scan:
Max. Speed: 250, Power: 30
Blue/speed cut:
Max. Speed: 250, Power: 15
Export the file.
Save in a *.RLD format.

For laser cutting:
- Set up the laser cutter machine:
- I turned it and the air extractor on and checked that there was sufficient airflow.
- I Placed the plywood sheet on the laser cutter bed and chose my origin point (where the nozzle will start from).
- I watched the laser cutter to make sure it had been running correctly.
- At the end, I picked up the item once it finished, then turned it off.
For 3D printing:
- Set up the 3D printer:
- I used an SD card to transfer the sliced file to the Prusa machine.
- I double-checked that the plate was clear by wiping it with alcohol.
- Based on the type of filament (PLA) I selected the print temperature, then I chose the color of the filament.
- I watched the 3D Printer to make sure it had been running correctly.
- Once the print was complete, I removed it from the plate.

My Flash Memory was infected by the Shortcut Virus , and it was sent to many Laptops of my collogues
