By using fusion I designed index3 , majeure3 , ringfinger3, auriculaire3 ,wrist

I take some support parts on my design(rest of the hand) from
Thingivers :Parts of the hand .STL
Then insert it as mesh in fusion
and convert it to solid part as component

Then take dimensions after making drowning from solid part

I did same think to have a solid body to take the dimension of 6 parts of one finger
then I change scale for other3 finger
and take 5th finger from thingivers
How I take dimension from standard design
Then I sketch them
And then I deduced and painted those
Arduino uno and hand holder
After exporting already nested DXF files from Fusion 360, It is time for Laserworks.
DXFs are imported in Laserworks , setting proper speed and power for cutting and scanning.
Detect finger(index3) movement--> Input sensor is flex sensor it can sense the value of bending angle by volage divider low and send these value with mapping with servo angle to slave (Arduino uno)
Bionic finger moving --> servo rotate with the value witch received from maser (Arduino nano)
9 volt battery and 5v regulator
Code function:
Master receive value of bending angel from flex sensor and send it to slave
Slave mappings the value from flex sensor with servo angel
My instructor Ahmed Abdelnaser advise to make the other parts of hand as support to the finger instead of box
Some unsuitable dimeters it make parts of finger not fit together
but I treat it by whipped up this part by cutter and sand pepper .
