prepare the design (RD Works )
The black parts are cut. The red are the darkest parts, then the blue and finally the yellow parts are the lightest
first, I selected the lines I wanted darker in the pattern and edited the speed and power to make tones .

the design din`t have a support or adhesion so i didn`t use

fabricate keychain laser cutting
After making sure all settings were correct,I went to the lab to fabricate the keychain. move the file to the machine and put the cheat , click run to start fabrication the design
After fabricating I found out that where the medal was hung was close to the edge, so it was weak . so i fabricate it again but first edit it in the software

After making sure all settings were correct,. move the file to the machine and edit heatbed temp and Setting the filmant to PLA means that Nozzle temperature will be 210°C

my friend rawan help me a lot to prepare the machines before starting fabrication and remember me of the temperature of the bed of the 3d printer. and settings of the laser cutter. we work together and finally the results 🔽🔽

i have learned a lot of how to use software ( Ultimaker cura and DR work ) to preparing design before fabricate , and learn a lot about how to use machines to achieve a better finall result.
