First, I was interested to do anything with the motor. If you start searching on YouTube for some projects that used a motor with cardboard with keyword (Cardboard with motor). then I found a video that making a small engine with one cylinder and I really like it because I studying a Auto mechanics, So I thought to use this assignment in the work of this engine, taking into account all the requirements
The video link: https://youtu.be/Y8NeUbnveNM
Software:
Tinkercad
To test my circuit to make sure that it is works without any problem and simulate it
Machine: ..............
Materials:
Wax
Cardboard
By searching to find the most design I will interest to.
Sketching a free hand design with pen and paper
Detect the cardboard Parts
Create new circuit
Detect the components needed (LED, Resistor 220 ohm, Motor, Power supply, Breadboard and push button )
Insert the components and start connect parallelly
Start simulation and make sure that the circuit works
After the software files were finished, I start to implement the design
Firstly, Start make the cardboard parts as shown in the sketch
< < Images > >
Secondly, Assembly the cardboard parts and test the mechanism manually
Thirdly, Start make the electrical circuit as I made in the tinkercad
And then test it
Fourthly, Test the motor with the cardboard mechanism

At the end, Making a box for the components and assembly the box with the engine

The final output
I asked Mohamed Tarek about why we use this gearmotor and don't use the other small one in the our kits, and he told me that this motor has a gearbox so with high torque and the other motor is not. That is why I use the Gearmotor
I did not have any problems with the electrical circuit, but rather a problem with the cardboard mechanism. And that the connecting rod was too short and wouldn't do its job
So I re-designed it and implemented it with increasing length and tested it and it worked
I learned how to deal with electrical circuits that help me when implementing the circuit for the project with the fan and install the wires and board in the box
The coolest thing that I have learned this week is how to design and control a RC Ca r and we played with each other
