3D model for Mazinger Z :)
one of my childhood friends and this is the main inspiring thing to print Mazinger Z
Title of Media
in this model, the main inspiration is that I love diving and love marine life so I've chosen to print this design which represents a turtle and there is a diver printed on its back shell
PRUSA MK3
PLA ( black)
laser cutting machine
plywood 3mm
I used for slicing Ultimaker Cura and for laser cutting laser works v6
Title of Media
I used Ultimaker Cura 5.0.0 to slice this design
1- I used a suitable scale for design
2- used these settings
infill 10%
layer height 0.2
printing temperature 215
used support placement touching build plate an
build plate adhesion ( Brim )
3- time of printing is 1 Hr. and 27 Min. , and it consumes 11gm of PLA

I used (laser works V6)
1- I used a suitable scale for design 17 x 9
2- used these settings
black line ( cut - power 70 - speed 30 )
blue line ( scan - power 20 - speed 300 )
red line ( scan - power 40 - speed 300 )
3- time consumed is 7minutes and the material used is plywood 6mm
1- unload the already loaded filament then load a black PLA filament then wait till the loading process is finished
2- start printing the gcode file and wait till the heating process for the nozzle to 215 degree and the building plate to 65 degree
3- waiting for the printing process to complete
4- remove the object from building plate carefully then remove supports from the object
5- coloring the resulted object using acrylic colors
1- prepare rld file then download it to the laser cutting machine
2- put the wood sheet inside the machine
3- check the focus of the lense
4- choose the origin
5- check the working frame for the design
6- run the machine then wait till the cutting and scanning process to end '
7- check if the wood has been cut properly or not before moving the sheet
8- apply sandpaper to the surface of the resulting cut to remove burning signs
after finishing about 30% of the printing process one of the supports released from the building plate so I changed the Adhesion of the build plate from skirt to Brim
