It will be a simple box device consisting of a simple digital interface showing the services provided in the place, showing the waiting number for each person for maximum capacity available in the pandemic phase for each service. Each service has an average time so it will calculate the amount of time to allow more people to finish the services needed.
It may include some extra (nice to have) feature like connecting through a mobile application for providing information about the condition of the flow.
It can work for small business owners or large companies.
it's considered a smart device depending on the time sensor, the input including an up and down button and on and off button, and output showing on a digital screen. we'll depend on Arduino as a brain doing some programming for better crowd management
