My little sister love Simpsons very much , so I want to make this frame to make her happy , Simpsons frame can be used as decoration piece as wall frame

I search on https://www.thingiverse.com/ and download Simpsons frame with .STL format

then I download Ultimaker Cura program , prepare object on it I open the program and add Prusa i3 MK2 , choose PLA as material ,i rotate it to make the print processes easier

I made the resolution .02 mm , infill 20% , scale it to 50% , rename it as PI3MK2_Bart_22M_pla_blue_3g_0.2mm.gcode

it is ready to print

I search on https://3axis.co/ and download bear wall decor with .dxf format

then I download laser work v6 program , then open the dxf file on it .make the line that i want to cut in cut mode with 25 speed and 65 power ,then save the file in .rld extension

it is ready to cut

Hussein helped me in 3D printing file , so we check the file with all the details , then put it on SD memory card , and insert it to the machine , so when it came to 215 c temperature , it is start printing , after 22 minutes the frame has been finished , ready to hang on wall

After saving file in .rld extension , I open it on computer and check the speed and power then click "download" , go to the laser cutting machine , press file button to get my file , check the track , then run the file , so the machine start to cut the pattern like this photo

My first try in laser cutting project was coaster , I thought the task for any design , not download from Internet the coaster come with less shapes than my laser cut file , so there are good instructors in the lap helped me to know where the mistake so I discovered that this shapes weren't poly line so the program didn't read it , so we solve it by mirroring the missed shapes in laserwork v6 program and the shape have been completed and we send the file again and it became the same coaster I draw with all the patterns

My final project is coaster with Islamic design with two wooden parts with laser cutting and led screen to show the temperature for the cup of tea , so i try to make the coaster with the final design to see how the size , design of it is good in real life

I learned that if I want to scale the object in three dimensions and the thickness will be weak , I can keep the thickness with the number I want and scale the other two dimensions .
