The teardown is an exciting process which allows you to get into devices and know how it was designed, assembled and manufactured .this process is essential to discover the world around you and know more about how things are work. Its provide you with a clear vision of how to remanufacture a certain device after making a tear down to it. I have a lot of experiences in making a teardown for things around me since I was a child, I like to discover how my toes were made it was an exciting thing for me. This process develops my skills open my mind and satisfy my passion .tearing down the moon lamb let me know how it was designed and how to control it with an embedded control system to make it light in weight, small in size and good in shape.

Step 1:try to open the moon shape LED enclosure with an electric rotary cutter

Step 1: explode the control box and extract the PCP board then define each component in the lamb and count its quantatiy
Step 2: discover how it was designed and what is the function of each component in the PCP

Step 1: document the teardown process and the dimension of each part
Step 2: making a documentation file for the process to describe the parts name model, quantity in a BOM model

It was very hard to reassembly the lamb enclosure as it was glued so after tear down we could't combine it together again.the led enclosure required to be cut because it glued form the bottom.the led enclosure was very brittle so it was smashed while we was working

during the teardown process, we could not specify exactly what is the basic function of each problem and this led us to make a quick research to make a clear vision about the function of some pieces in the lamb .we face another problem as it was hard to open the RGB enclosure so we bring an electrical rotary cutter to cut it down

What I learned this week is...
1-how to tear down devices
2-how to specify the user benefits from a product
3- define the advantages of a specific product
4-how to define the function of every component in any design
5-developing a function and BOM model
