Responsibilities of members in the team, Ok, lets start who want be scrum, developer, or product owner. everyone feel afraid when he hear this sentence we though about responsibility. finally, we reached a solution. you can say that we make it as random dice.
Ideas, First task was done. making meeting to discuss or innovation idea. during meeting we can hear all imaginary dreams for example someone who want the flying smart lamp. then we rethought about each idea in the view of design and component (bill of material).we reached to several ideas .
Planning, Our project will divided into three sprint. ok, it seem good, lecture after there are some modification the project will have two sprints only oh no. We decided to make a smart lamp, but represents our academic specialization, with more features improve the functionality of the lamp.
Material used, As a result we decided to make our lamp with a geometrical shape can be manufactured by specific materials (wood- acrylic – parts made by 3d printing). It took a lot of time to decide, which shape can be done with a good surface finish, and modern style. The cube with acrylic faces, and the supporters made by 3d printing was a traditional idea even the faces has different interfaces, and the size of the lamp will be traditional. After discussions, we decided to make a polygon has 12 faces, made of acrylic cut by laser cutting machine, and a base made of wood to be a seat for the PCP, and the connections. In addition, there will be parts hold every 3 faces together fastened by bolt (M3, 5MM).

Procedures
Step 1: from our last visiting of fab lab we saw wood standard flexible joint.
Step 2: Making some researches about how can we design it.
Step 3: Designing flexible joint using wood 3mm
Step 4: After designing, we converted our design to dxf file to make it applicable to be designated on laser cutter machine, and we followed the processes.
Failed
Problem1, During designing the parts, we faced a problem in the assembly process, but it was treated. After cutting some parts by laser cutting we faced the same problem in assembly process, but there was a specialist helped us to assemble parts without breaking them. At the beginning of joining the faces we chose a woof pattern, but it was not flexible enough, it was broken. After that, the final part after fabrication process was broken, during bending
Solution idea, we used 3d printing joints.
Problem: the joining technique was not able to assemble the faces of the body.
Potential Solution: we changed the technique by replacing the wood joint with a 3d printing part.
Step 1: determining the accurate dimensions between the 2 faces
Step 2: designing the joint according to the previous dimensions.
Step 3: converting the file to STL to be put on 3d printer
Step 4: the part took about 35 mins to be done
Step 5: the part combined 3 faces together.
Step 1: The parts is assembled depending on t-slots joining technique.
Step 2: after designing all the parts we started assembly process.
Step 3: we converted files to dxf files.
Step 4: the parts are manufactured by laser cutting machine.
step 5: the base is assembled all the parts by the small parts have t- slots with bolts M3
Circuits, From electronics section, we used Arduino board made by our team, with Bluetooth module to control the light, and the brightness of it. From programming section, we wrote the code to make the RGP led turned on, and off. The other steps will be finished we will use led strip to in the body of the lamp, and there will be a mirror on one face internally to reflect the lights.
