Note - no tool can guarantee that your website is compliant. Many website providers claim to have ADA-compliant templates while still failing many of the basic tests for accessibility. Please ensure you understand how to test any vendor's claims regarding ADA-compliance.
- The New Google Sites - This website is made with this tool and is structurally sound with WCAG2.0aa and ARIA. (Free, and part of G Suite for Education - your district probably already has it)
- Weebly - Weebly has templates that are very close to fully accessible
