My story started back in 2013 with a mobile spray tanning machine and a passion for helping women feel confident in their skin. What began on the outside quickly grew into something bigger. Through years of tanning, sculpting, coaching, and thousands of real-life conversations, I saw the same thing over and over: women craving energy, confidence, strength, and a deeper connection to their bodies—especially during the wild midlife seasons.
That journey led me into personal training, where I now help clients transform from the inside out through strength, education, and lifestyle support. Today, you’ll find me training in person at Gain Station Gym and also working with clients online from anywhere in the world.

⚠️ Note: Gym membership not included in pricing. Gain Station Gym in Atascadero is my home gym and as an exclusive GS Trainer, this is where my "in the gym" training will take place. Day passes are available should you choose not to purchase a membership. I can train at personal home gyms, and online options are available as well.
