Where are therapy services provided?

We have an office space in the Rush Springs Real Estate building, located at 4648 Highway 81, Rush Springs, OK (across from Dollar General).
Most therapy sessions take place at our office. Other location options (including virtual, in-home, and at daycare) may be discussed on a case-by-case basis with a fee for travel.

Currently, we do not bill any insurance but can provide a superbill for the patient to submit for some reimbursement. The reimbursement amount varies by insurance provider and plan.

No referral required; you can start therapy right away!
Length and frequency of visit decisions are not dictated by an insurance claim adjuster but are made based on the patient's actual needs and consultation between you and the speech-language pathologist.
Greater patient confidentiality. The provider does not have to share your information with a third party.
Provider's time is spent with the patient and in preparation for their session rather than on clearing insurance red tape.
Some reimbursement by insurance is usually still possible by using out-of-network benefits with a superbill/service receipt.

Phone consultations are complimentary. All services qualify for a prompt pay discount if payment is collected on the day of service and paying out of pocket (not billing insurance).
Speech and Language
Evaluation: $330 ($280 prompt-pay)
Requires a scheduling deposit
30-minute therapy session: $75 ($65 prompt-pay)
Feeding
Evaluation: $175 ($150 prompt-pay
30-minute therapy session: $85 ($70 prompt-pay)
Payment is collected on the day of service and you will be provided with an email receipt. Preferred payment methods are cash or check. Venmo is accepted.

A superbill is a coded, medical receipt given to the patient after services have been provided and paid for and can be provided monthly.
The patient is responsible for determining his/her insurance company's procedures for submitting a superbill for out-of-network benefits and for submitting the claim.
