ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY

  • See next tab above for Honors Anatomy Info..

  • Supplies for class:

  • 1. Any binder or folder system you like to use. All class handouts will be given on standard paper that has been 3 hole punched. My favorite: The large 3 ring binders (at least 2 in.) from Staples with the reinforced rubber edges--these last all year and are worth the extra cost. At this time, there is no scheduled mid term or final for this class. A cumulative study of the fetal pig will serve as an extensive end of course graded laboratory.

  • 2. A large reusable book cover if you will be using a paper textbook.

  • 3. A small box of colored pencils would be very helpful. I will provide colored pencils in class but you may prefer to have your own consistent color choices.

  • 4. A small pencil sharpener if you prefer to always have a sharp point.

  • 5. A highlighter or two and plenty of pencils.

  • Spiral notebooks or composition books are not necessary but you may wish to have a small amount of looseleaf paper.

  • Dissection of animals as well as the use of preserved animal specimens are an important component of this class. If you have questions about this or would like to discuss this in detail, please email me.
