Learning Standards

We have learning standards in music class?!  YES, we do!

Standards help us organize our learning and help us set goals to strive for.

There are two primary sets of learning standards that apply to K-12 Music Education in the Salisbury Township School District;  The Pennsylvania Department of Education, and the National Association for Music Education.  The Partnership for 21st Century Skills has developed a map of critical skills that can be developed through arts education programs.
