**NEW** All children born during the calendar year 2021 from January 1st to August 31st are eligible for kindergarten. In response to new CT Legislation, Public Act 23-208, Section 1, there will be no exceptions to placement outside of these birthdate parameters. However, students who may need an additional year of social and instructional support may be considered for an EK placement. This placement will be considered based on the performance of the placement screener.
Early Kindergarten (EK) is a transitional year between Preschool and Kindergarten. Students turning 5 years old with birthdays from September 1st to December 31st and students who may need an additional year of social and instructional support have the opportunity to start their Kindergarten experience here in EK!

Spring Enrollment Dates will be posted with Kindergarten Registration. Please Contact Pat Stevens in the school office at 435-9871.
Students who do not participate in the spring screening process will not be eligible for Early Kindergarten if the program is full. The developmental needs of students in the EK program are best served by capping the number of students accepted into the EK. Students may be considered to be for Pre-K if there are slots available.
