ASM means assistant stage manager! In this picture there is the left set in the space. The stairs leading up to the top were painted by me! All props are in their place and ready for the show!

Assistant managers are to be an extra hand for the manager. this could mean coffee, running props, helping actors between scenes, or setting changes.

At this point the set is dry and we can run a rehearsal. My job at this time is to assure that all actors are standing by with props and costumes. As the show runs, I will be behind the set helping with quick changes and handling the set.
