Future Plans

After graduating from Salisbury Academy, I plan to attend Lenoir-Rhyne University and major in biology on a pre-med track. I want to continue challenging myself academically while preparing for a long-term career in healthcare. Throughout college, I plan to stay focused on maintaining strong grades, gaining hands-on experience, and continuing to grow both professionally and personally. 

Working as an optometry technician taught me professionalism, communication, and patient interaction.

Participating in the Novant Health Bridges to Healthcare program strengthened my interest in healthcare and exposed me to real medical environments.

Balancing college classes, work, and challenging courses helped me develop resilience, discipline, and time management skills.

Although I do not know exactly where every step of my future will lead, I know that the experiences I gained throughout high school helped prepare me for the challenges ahead. I plan to continue growing, learning, and working toward building a meaningful life and career in healthcare.
