FUN RUN!!!

The PTO's single biggest fundraising event of the 2025-2026 school year was a big success!  We met our fundraising goal and then some!  Massive thanks to the Harvest community, near and far, for donating funds, time, or both!  The PTO is looking forward to supplying curriculum supporting materials and technology (books, apps, snacks, etc), making events even more magical (last year PTO purchased a speaker/microphone (think more music and less faulty megaphone) and a proper bubble machine (one of the students' best loved spots to be any time it's in use)), and helping show our community's heartfelt appreciation to the Harvest teachers and staff as they continue to do what they do best!

A Little Background on What Fun Run is:

Funds are raised via Fund Hub for several weeks leading up to Fun Run Day.  On Fun Run Day students are given the opportunity to run around the track on the playground and receive a bracelet for each lap they complete.  Students can run as many or as few laps as they want, its all just for the fun of it!  All of the proceeds collected by the PTO from Fun Run go directly toward our Harvest students and staff.  This includes, but is not limited to:

-Renting busses for field trips

-Teacher mini-grants (to help provide physical classroom materials or apps to enhance the students' learning experiences).

-Books for students to keep.

-Snacks and treats for students (for example snacks are provided to 3rd graders during standardized testing).

-Kona Ice and Field Day bounce houses. 

-Staff appreciation events throughout the school year (for ex: Welcome Back breakfast, coffee, dinner when they stay late for parent teacher conferences, etc.).
