- call the Natividad Medical Center Emergency Room at 831-755-4111.
See the poster to the right for additional hotlines and textlines. You can contact them if you are in a crisis, or if you just need someone to talk to and aren't sure where to turn. All of the volunteers are highly trained.
Monterey County Behavioral Health: Join a local, virtual group meeting on various topics. Click on the links to the right to find the links to join each meeting.
Teen Connect: Tuesdays, 4 p.m.
Family Support Group: every other Wednesday, 2 p.m.
Mindfulness: Thursdays, 5:30 p.m.
