Our Department

In order to prepare our students to be college and career ready, Alisal High School offers several visual and performing arts (VAPA) classes. These courses are all A-G approved and challenge our students to venture into a new field or continue to develop a skillset from previous visual and performing arts classes. All of our students are at different starting points and at different grade levels, providing a unique experience for our students to learn. Our program expands each year with more interest and our goal is to offer several advanced courses, eventually leading to AP courses and creating pathways for our students to pursue an education and career in visual or performing arts.
