Valentine’s Lunch Box Social

For our Valentine's Day celebration we will be having a lunch box social. Each student will write down his/her favorite lunch and another student in the class will make it for him/her. The students keep the identity of their lunch box social friend a SECRET until the lunch exchange on the day of our Valentine celebration - Tues, Feb 14.

Previously, students have prepared lunches with decorated boxes, bags, buckets, flower pots, etc. with ribbons, balloons, stickers, pictures, etc. Be creative!! Have fun!! (Fast food lunches are not allowed.) (Ideas)

Please fill out the form/menu (two sided) sent home on Mon, Jan. 30 (or print it from below) to agree to help your child with this celebration and return it no later than Thurs, Feb. 2. Girls will be choosing girls and boys will be choosing boys. We will pick names on Mon, Feb. 6. The lunch box social will be during our lunch time on Tuesday, Feb. 14. Get those creative minds working to prepare your secret lunch!

We will also be passing Valentine cards on Feb. 14. If your child chooses to pass out Valentine cards, please make sure everyone in your child's class receives one.
