Looking for a work permit?
This is a two step process.
Before a school can issue an Employment Permit, the student must fill out an application that needs to be completed by:
The employer offering the job,
A physician (for students who are 14 or 15 years old),
Parent or guardian, AND
The student
Once the above steps are finished, please return the completed application to Arlene Garcia at the front desk.
In order to be sure of her availability, please set up a time to see her: Arlene Garcia agarcia@salemacademycs.org
