Go and do a job for mum or dad - what can you do to help around the house?
jump on a tramp for 5 minutes
lay on the grass outside for 5 minutes - get some fresh air
have a drink of water and snack
5,4,3,2,1 - go outside: identify 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can feel, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste - then take a deep breath - RELAX your muscles....
