Handbook and Forms

Please read through the Band Handbook with your child. It contains all information needed to be successful in the Lincoln Band alongside rules, fees, and other items necessary.

All Band Parents must fill out:

• Band Handbook Form

• Band Shirt Order Form

• Instrument Usage Agreement (if being loaned a school instrument)

The due date for all forms is August 30, 2023.
