For those of you looking to make big improvements or compete at the top level, we recommend that you attend as many sessions as possible.
For those new to triathlon we recommend coming to 4 core trainings sessions (Track, Swim, Cycle, and Studio). If you can't make some of these sessions feel free to come along to other sessions that suit your timetable! Core sessions are shown below and will be coached.
The other sessions are also available, but may not be coached. We also strongly advise that you do at least one longer, steady run each week.
