Next week we remember over 8,000 soliders who lost their lives in Gallopoli during the ANZAC siege. We also remember soldiers from New Zealand who have lost their lives trying to defend our country.

Our task today is to create a parachute using only the materials found in the class

  • paper

  • sellotape

  • plastic bags

  • string

  • glue

Try timing how long your parachute takes to fall to the ground (stand on a chair to give yourself extra height).
