The 2nd trimester will focus on learning how to and being able to perform different movement concepts, skills, and physical activities like the ones listed below. Focus on Basketball, Soccer, Jump Rope Competition in February, basic gymnastics movements
This includes items such as:
Jump for height/distance
Jumping rope + Long rope swung by others
Playing sport related games
Intentional changing speeds and direction
Catching/throwing a ball with accuracy
Some sports or activities;
Volleyball
Jumping Rope
Kickball
Flag Football
Soccer
Also learning the rules to many games - translate to recess games
