Our new sacred action song is "Get it Read." The First Graders love to sing and dance as they pray. They continue to review their note values and the letter names of the treble clef staff. Their repertoire is growing as they learn new songs while continuing to polish songs for upcoming performances.

These musicians reviewed our treble clef note names (every good boy does fine for the lines, f-a-c-e- face for the spaces) and the note values for whole, half, quarter and a pair of eighth notes. (Using our Rhythm song/activity) They prepared the Responsorial Psalm for the September 8th Mass and sang a song in preparation for Hispanic Heritage month.
