Dear Third Grade Parents and Students,
Happy Valentine's Day & President's Day!!
We had a a lot of fun at our Valentine's Party and thank you to all the volunteers (Benjamin's Mom, James's Mom, Bennett's Mom, Brielle's Mom, and Bailey's Mom) who provided the crafts and food/drinks for the party!
Thank you to Brielle's Mom, Brittain's mom, and Chance's Mom for volunteering this week with ELA and Art Studio time!
Please note that the Traveling Bookstore Presentation will be on 3/24/Tues right after morning assembly. Please kindly bookmark it on your calendars. Thank you. Students are working hard on preparing for the presentation.
We have emailed chaperone information for the Exploratorium Field Trip this week. If you have NOT received an email this week that means that you will NOT be chaperoning. We thank you for offering to volunteer!!
Lastly, please kindly purchase a Third Grade Memory Book: We are excited to announce that your child will soon be a published author. We are writing and illustrating a classroom book that will include all the students' work. Books cost only $25.00 and are a professional-quality, hardcover book. Classroom books make great keepsakes and gifts for other family members and friends. Place an order online using Class ID JC19789. The students are very excited to see their creative work published in a book! Be sure to ask your child about his or her contributions to the book.
