ESCPH A/V Guides
This is the temporary guide for the A/V-system in PE-Hall.
BE AWARE: The PE Hall A/V-system has yet to be tested, so please bare with us.
The system has not been perfected yet as of the 28th of september, 2023.
You can access this page via the link www.sag.dk/eav .
First: Turn on
Look for the iPad in the rack cabinet located in the equipment locker
Press the screen for 4 seconds to turn on
Quick guide - Audio only
Turn the system on with the iPad
Look for the iPad in the rack cabinet located in the equipment locker
Press the screen for 4 seconds to turn on
On the iPad please check that audio is turned on for Zone 2 - see picture below
Find the Zone 2 Bluetooth box by the PE Hall center entrance - see picture below
Press the button for 4 seconds - blue LED will blink quickly
Connect to bluetooth "PE HALL Zone 2" with computer or smartphone
PLEASE REMEMBER to turn the system off when you leave!
PLEASE REMEBER TO CONNECT IPAD AND MICS TO CHARGERS
Quick guide - Audio & Video
Turn the system on with the iPad
Look for the iPad in the rack cabinet located in the equipment locker
Press the screen for 4 seconds to turn on
iPad App: Please check that audio is turned on for Video - see picture below
iPad App: Turn on the projector - see picture below
The screen will deploy automatically, when the projector turns on
Find the HDMI cable in the drawer under the iPad shelf
Connect HDMI cable to HDMI socket behind the goal in the grey metal box
PLEASE REMEMBER to turn the system off when you leave!
Projector and screen will retract automatically, when you power of the whole system
PLEASE REMEBER TO CONNECT IPAD AND MICS TO CHARGERS
Turn off - AND REMEMBER TO CONNECT CHARGERS!!!
Go to "Power" and press the button for 4 seconds.
