On 19 November 2024 the Data (Use and Access) Bill - second reading took place in the House of Lords and Lord Arbuthnot made a speech regarding the amendment proposed by Baroness Kidron to address the UK legal presumption that computer evidence is reliable. He referred to me and my Seven Statement Test which links back to my article in Computer Weekly.
