Future Lab Values

The Future Lab Values are designed to provide guiding principles for the students and teachers using future lab spaces and materials.  

1. We Are Safe

• Embrace Risk and Collaboration: We foster a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking risks, collaborating with others, and sharing ideas. We believe that learning and innovation thrive when we feel safe to explore and experiment.

• Create a Safe Space: We actively work to create a physical and emotional space where everyone feels respected, valued, and included. We encourage open communication, active listening, and mutual respect to build a strong and inclusive community.

2. We Explore

• Curiosity and Exploration: We cultivate a culture of curiosity and exploration, encouraging students to ask questions, seek out new knowledge, and challenge the status quo. We believe that learning is an ongoing journey of discovery and exploration.

• New Tools, Ideas, and Concepts: We provide students with access to a wide range of tools, technologies, and resources to support their exploration and experimentation. We encourage them to think creatively, generate new ideas, and develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.

3. We Are Mindful of Our World
