As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, we are filled with an abundance of gratitude to serve the wonderful families and students in our community. We are thankful for you entrusting in us the responsibility of educating and guiding your child, while keeping them safe.
We wish you a restful Thanksgiving Break. Schools will be closed on November 27-29.

WOW!! A HUGE THANK YOU to all the families who placed bids on our PTC's Silent Auction items. Thanks to your generous donations, we exceeded our goal! Your contributions will help our school purchase technology, recess equipment, meals for staff, and fun surprises for students and staff.
A special thank you to Mrs. Gustus who dedicated her time and energy to organize this event. We couldn't do this without her!
If you still have items to pick up, the office is open 8:15-4:15. You are welcome to send cash or check with your student and we can send the item home with them if you prefer.
Attendance is Important!
Please always call the attendance line, 260-431-2905, by 9:30 if your student will be late or absent.
We ask that you do not call the main office number, or email Mrs. Leising for attendance changes.
Parents are allowed 10 unexcused absences per YEAR, so make sure to get a doctor's note to have illness days marked as "excused" by a doctor.

Be prepared for Outdoor Recess!
As the weather starts to turn cold, you may be wondering what your student should bring with them to school for outdoor recess?
All students need these five items to play in the snow: BOOTS, SNOW PANTS, GLOVES, HAT, and a COAT.
These five items will be needed to play in the snow, or they will be asked to remain on the blacktop area.
Students will be going out each day until the "real-feel" temperature goes below 0 degrees.

The 2025-2026 flex days are now reflected on the Board Approved Calendar.
2025-2026 Flex days are: August 22, September 19, January 30, and March 6.
