Hello, Homestead Students and Families!

Starting in 2022-23, Homestead moved the monthly newsletter from a PDF format to a more interactive experience via webpage! Click the tabs above to find specific updates and information.

Many students last year are familiar with the Wall of Distinction. The Wall of Distinction is a fun way to share your accomplishments and support your peers. There is a physical display in the zig-zag corner of the math hallway and a header titled "Wall of Distinction" on this site. These achievements can be inside or outside of school. If you want to to be featured, fill out this Google Survey!

UPCOMING DATES

Dec. 3 - Government Naturalization Exam (state required for all students currently enrolled in a government course)
Dec. 7 - Semi Formal 7-10pm in the Cafeteria (Theme- under the stars)
Dec. 7 - SAT Testing 8AM - 1PM in Classrooms A1001, A1002, A1003, A1005, A1007 and A1009 / enter Door 1
Dec. 9 - Holiday Jazz Concert 7PM / Auditorium
Dec. 11 - Last Day to take Senior photos with Prestige Photos
Dec. 11 - Winter Choir Concert 7PM / Auditorium
Dec. 12 - Phys Ed II Waiver Final Exam 2:45pm in Cafeteria
Dec. 14 - ACT Testing 8AM - 1PM - (Doors open at 7 am) / Academic Wing - classrooms TBD - enter new Door 33
Dec. 18, 19, 20 - Final Exams (Students Released @ 10:46 on Dec. 20)
Dec. 20 - Last day of the Grading Period
Dec. 21 - Jan. 6 - Winter Break
