Menes became the first pharaoh of Egypt. Menes united upper and lower Egypt through conquest and founded both of first Egypt Dynasty and the great city of Memphis. He was accepted as the first historical king based upon written records. He constructed the first unified capital for Egypt called Memphis. Menes was born in Upper Egypt .

Cleopatra was born in Alexandria, Egypt. She actively influenced Roman politics. She was especially know for her relationships with Julius Caesar and Mark Antony. Cleopatra was a powerful leader because she had ruled Egypt alone. She also revived the economy. She could speak many languages.

He was an Egyptian king who built the Great Pyramid and ruled as the second king of the Fourth Dynasty. Khufu had 9 sons and 15 daughters, in all he had 24 children . Khufu died the age of sixty-three, as a result of unknown causes. His tomb is in the Great Pyramid of Giza. He was born in Ancient Egypt.
