Long Island Regional Partnership Center and Family and Community Engagement CenterThe Long Island Regional Team is made up of two key centers that work together to support families, educators, schools, and community partners.Regional Partnership Center (RPC): A multidisciplinary team that leads systems change efforts by offering training, resources, and direct support to families and education professionals across all levels.
Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Center: Provides training and support to families and professionals, with dedicated teams for Early Childhood (birth–grade 3) and School-Age (ages 5–21). FACE Centers help build meaningful partnerships between families and schools.
Together, these centers promote inclusive education and strengthen family-school-community collaboration across Long Island.
