Begin to add color of your choice! It is important that you color in the whole image including the background!! BE CREATIVE!!!
The lessons have been extended to take place over two weeks (approx. 80 minutes of total work time for this project) so make sure to NOT RUSH.
Take your time, draw big, and add detail, detail, detail!
Weeks of April 27th - May 11th. This art project counts as three art classes because if we were in school, we would be learning about Van Gogh and drawing for one art class and coloring our artwork for two art classes. I would like you to take your time with the coloring. The more time you put into the coloring of your artwork, the more amazing it will turn out. I hope you feel very proud of yourself when you finish your artwork and that you have fun!

Hi Third Graders, I made this video to show you how to draw an animal starting with tracing your hand. This project counts as two weeks of art class because if we were in school, we would be drawing one week and coloring the second week. Please follow the step by step instructions in the video. I hope you have fun making your project!
Assignment: Draw a seal in Charley Harper's style by following the instructions below. Please scroll down to find the instructions. Have fun!
These seals were created by Lily Wellman. I like how she made them 3-Dimensional and added wiggle eyes.
