About Coach McCowin

About: 

I graduated high school from troup isd in 2013 and obtained my undergraduate degree at mcneese state university. While at MSU I joined sigma gamma rho sorority and ultimately became vice president of the chapter on campus. Upon graduating from msu,  I worked with children with autism and other disabilities for two years before moving to the school system. I was an Athletic Trainer and teacher for 5 years at Troup ISD and I am now serving my 2nd year as an AT/Teacher for Sabine ISD . I have a 2 year old son named Darren, a 2 year old pitty named deuce, and a 7 year old toy poodle named Kingston.
