Arrive one hour before your boat departure.
Prepare to potentially have a temperature check, based on COVID guidelines.
If you are pending COVID test results, attended a large gathering in the last two weeks, visited a hospital or nursing home within two weeks, if you have had a fever, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, DO NOT COME TO THE EXHIBIT SPACE. Alert the team on InitLive. Use InitLive to find a replacement.
Guests will arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to departure time.
Unless guests have a reservation to view the exhibit space or if not at capacity, guests will wait on the Plaza Nacional.
Docent will introduce themselves to each guest or guest group.
Approximately 15 minutes prior to boat launch, docents will walk guests to the boat launch area by the Briscoe Museum.
Docent will board first and introduce yourself to the driver.
Docent will board the rear of the vessel first to avoid people from stepping over each other. (Current maximum capacity is 30 passengers).
Docent will introduce driver.
Docents will give each guest group a Thank you note. Each thank you note has a QR code for Spanish audio.
