3.1 Results
There were six types of rice chosen for this experiment. However, most of them did not support our hypothesis.

The six types of rice varied quite widely in terms of their values in some of their fermentation alcohol level (% per 100ml). There was the most amount of alcohol in Basmati rice and the least amount of alcohol in Glutinous rice
