Please complete the form below to join the club. By completing this form, you will be added to our club's mailing list. To be an official member of the club, you will need to pay club dues and have active membership with ACOEP-RSO (see below).
A one-time $10 membership fee is collected to help support all the wonderful events that we host! This membership fee will cover you for your entire time at ICOM. This is NOT a recurring annual fee. This fee may be waived with the purchase of EM Org. merchandise of equal or greater value. Please contact EM Org. leadership for further information. All EM Org. members are required to maintain active membership with the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians - Resident and Student Organization (ACOEP-RSO).
