I would like to make a huge shout-out to individuals, companies, and supporters for donating vital equipment for my project in order to make it feasible.
Firstly, I would like to thank Caymen Chemicals for donating two ELISA Assays vital for quantifying my results. Secondly, I would like to thank Dr. Kushner, the assistant professor for the Molecular and Cellular Biophysics Program at the University of Denver (DU), for graciously donating the zebrafish embryos I will need to conduct my experiment. Lastly, I would like to thank Rock Canyon High School and its Biotechnology Program for donating their lab space and equipment in order for my project to function.
This experiment would not have been possible without these donations. Additionally, I would like to give a shout-out to my mentors: Dr. Erich Kushner, Mrs. Shawndra Fordham, Mrs. Nikki Dobos, and Reese Titensor for continuing to support me in regards to my project.
